Terms of sale

The short version: you buy the ebook through Link, you download it straight away, and if you change your mind within 14 days you get your money back.

Last updated 16 October 2026. These terms apply to Tony Takes It Back and to any other digital product sold on this site.

Who you're dealing with

The book is written and published by Tony99 Studios, which is run by a private individual in Portugal. You can reach us at [email protected].

Payment is handled by Link, Stripe's payment service, which acts as the reseller ("merchant of record"). That means Link sells you the book on our behalf: it takes the payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles questions about the payment itself. Your card statement shows Link. Link's own terms for purchases sold through Link also apply to the payment.

What you're buying

Tony Takes It Back is an ebook in two formats, PDF and EPUB. It is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you.

The price is shown at checkout and already includes any tax due where you live. Checkout may show it in your own currency.

Getting your copy

As soon as your payment goes through, you're taken to a page with the download buttons, and we email you a link to the same page. The link works for one year from the day you buy, for up to 25 downloads. If it stops working before then, or the email never arrives, write to [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back, for any reason. Reply to your download email or write to [email protected]. You can also ask Link directly. Once an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law gives you the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that right can end once the download starts. We don't rely on that: our 14-day refund applies whether or not you've downloaded the book.

Link may also issue a refund in some cases under its own rules, for example to settle a dispute about the payment.

What you can do with the book

The book is yours to read on any of your own devices, and to print for yourself. Please don't share the files, upload them anywhere, or sell or give away copies. The text and pictures are protected by copyright, which belongs to Tony99 Studios. Quoting a short passage with credit, for example in a review, is fine.

Screenshots of a cheat sheet on your own phone are exactly what they're for.

What the book is, and isn't

The book is general consumer information, mostly about businesses in the United States. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice, and it doesn't promise that you'll save money. Every figure was checked against a public source in October 2026, and prices, fees and policies change after that. See the disclaimer for more.

If something goes wrong

If a file won't open, a link doesn't work or something in the book looks wrong, write to [email protected] first. We reply within a few days.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of that country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on this page on the day you bought.
